Who we are, our opinions, experiences, beliefs, all take root within the family. Whether it be a “boy in my day” story told by grandpa or longtime family recipe finding its way to the millennial’s stove top, there is a planting process that happens. This mother-daughter exhibition explores the development of multi-generational family connections and influence.
This exhibit features mixed media works, sure to give viewers a unique perspective on ethnicity, identity, family and love through the eyes of the artists. “What seeds are we planting?” is a question for today.
